INTRONAUT Interviewed In Montreal; Video Available

May 14, 2009

HardTimes.ca conducted an interview with genre-defying progressive titans INTRONAUT on May 4, 2009 when the band played Montreal, Quebec, Canada with MASTODON. Watch the 14-minute chat below.

INTRONAUT's video for the song "Australopithecus" can be viewed below. Shot by director Sera Timms (ISIS, PELICAN),the clip was filmed in Los Angeles during the month of August 2008. The track comes off the group's recently released Century Media debut, "Prehistoricisms", which has received much praise from fans and critics alike.

INTRONAUT frontman Sacha Dunable had the following to say: "We were kind of concerned that a video would come across as cheesy or forced, but Sera made a really elaborate storyline to go along with the very vague lyrical content (quite a feat) and just made this amazing video that we can totally be proud of. We can't wait for you all to see it and we will be back on the road soon."

"Prehistoricisms" was recorded at three different locations throughout the Los Angeles area and engineered by Josh Newell (JANE'S ADDICTION).
